Pricing terms & conditions

Support & repair prices quoted exclude VAT.
Onsite support is set at a minimum 1 hour charge + VAT.

Prices shown do not include additional Apple parts or delivery charges.
Same day call out refers to onsite/remote work carried out within 8 'business' hours from customers call out request.
Next day call out refers to onsite/remote work carried out after 8 'business' hours or more from customers call out request
Our business hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

*No call-out cost terms apply to customers within London zones 1-3 (and some Zone 4 areas).
Call-out fees cover a Mac engineers travel expenses and journey time to outer London customers, from only £20.00.

Used replacement parts come with 3 month warranty. If a replacement part is reported as faulty within 3 months, we will endeavor to replace the part under the condition that the part is tested to be faulty and the supplier provides a replacement working part.

Repair labour is charged on completion of work and customer signing the provided Customer Acceptance Form. Queries regarding completed work need to be applied in writing (via email) within 5 working days of work carried out. Any queries that arise after this date will be reviewed and will be at the discretion of Macwisdom. If queries are unrelated to work carried out by a Macwisdom engineer, appropriate labour fees will be charged per hour.
