Support & repair prices quoted exclude VAT.
Onsite support is set at a minimum 1 hour charge + VAT.
Prices shown do not include additional Apple parts or delivery charges.
Our business daytime hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Weekend and out of hour (after 6pm+) onsite support are charged from £80 per hour + VAT and are subject to engineer availability.
*No call-out cost terms apply to customers within London zones 1-2.
Call-out fees cover a Mac engineers journey time and starts from only £15.00.
Used replacement parts come with 3 month warranty. If a replacement part is reported as faulty within 3 months, we will endeavor to replace the part under the condition that the part is tested to be faulty and the supplier provides a replacement working part.
Repair labour is charged on completion of work and customer signing the provided Customer Acceptance Form. Queries regarding completed work need to be applied in writing (via email) within 5 working days of work carried out. Any queries that arise after this date will be reviewed and will be at the discretion of Macwisdom. If queries are unrelated to work carried out by a Macwisdom engineer, appropriate labour fees will be charged per hour.
