Onsite / Project Support
The vast majority of support work we complete is done remotely and is the most cost effective service when you outsource your IT to a support company like Macwisdom. Occasionally some requests will need a onsite visit, such as hardware installations, project work such as server or cloud configurations, office moves, etc. We can also deal with any issues in person whenever you need. As a service contract customer, you will receive discounted onsite hourly prices and priority above non contract clients.
