Helpdesk Support - Phone/Remote


We don’t like complex solutions when simple ones exist, so we tailor our service contracts to fit the requirements of each individual business. Some businesses only need a reactive support help-desk to zap those annoying problems. Others may need full management of their whole infrastructure. Whatever is required, we will create the support you need, at the price to fit your budget. The first step is to talk to us to discuss your service requirements so we can provide a quotation. After we come up with some plan options, the next step is reviewing your network and finding out which devices need the most and least maintenance. The assessment will discover both hidden gems and gremlins; the information we gather is discussed with you to see how we can meet the desired results.

Computer / Server Maintenance


Running your business is a full time job in itself. Do you really have time to keep on eye on all your technology too? Would you know if a hard drive was potentially failing, are your systems up to date and are important security updates being installed across your devices? What is the health of your workstation CPU and memory? Are hard drives running out of space? Any problems are reported to you before work is carried out and at the end of the month you will receive a report detailing all the work we have completed for you.

Onsite / Project Support


The vast majority of support work we complete is done remotely and is the most cost effective service when you outsource your IT to a support company like Macwisdom. Occasionally some requests will need a onsite visit, such as hardware installations, project work such as server or cloud configurations, office moves, etc. We can also deal with any issues in person whenever you need. As a service contract customer, you will receive discounted onsite hourly prices and priority above non contract clients.
