Macwisdom offers its clients a choice of two types of IT support contracts:
Monthly Contract at a fixed base price, included with a range of included services, with additional support time charged at a much reduced discount contract rate.
Ad Hoc Contract packages of support hours to use as needed, prepaid at discounted contract rate.

The monthly support contract consists of a fixed monthly base price starting from just £18 per month, per Mac system you would like supported. Server support from £35 per month, per server.
The following services are provided for the fixed monthly based price without any hourly support cost:
- One hour free credit per month.
- Basic proactive remote maintenance including software updates
- Annual visit to client site(s) for audit of systems and recommendation
- Advice for all IT systems hardware and software purchases, including sourcing quotations from different suppliers where required
- Basic IT system advice by phone or email (excludes more involved or detailed support or consultancy work)
Plus, a discounted hourly rate when onsite, phone or remote support is required.

Ad Hoc Support (Prepaid Account)
Choose a package of prepaid discounted contract support hours (starting from just 5 hours). All maintenance and support work is calculated on an hourly basis. You will receive a monthly statement issued itemising support time usage and showing your current balance. Unused hours do not expire, and when your balance reaches zero, the chosen package will be automatically renewed and invoiced to ensure contract benefits continue.
Available in blocks of 5, 10 or 20, prepaid support hours are priced at a substantial discount from our standard hourly rate.
They form the ideal solution for any business that does not want to be committed to a monthly maintenance contract, but would still give your business priority when requesting an engineer visit.

Non-Contract Support It is also possible to purchase support on an ad hoc basis at our full hourly support rate, but without the benefits that contract clients enjoy.
