Do you offer call outs to home users? Yes. We provide call out Mac support services and repairs to both residential, freelancers and business Apple Mac customers. With daytime, evening and weekend call outs.
Which areas do you cover for Mac Support? We cover Greater London. Please enquire if you have a call out or repair request area not mentioned on our FAQ Areas page.
Do you offer call outs outside of Greater London? Though the majority of Mac user clients are based in Greater London, we can schedule to travel further afield for repairs and call out according to the Mac engineers location and availability.
Do you have a repair shop I can drop my laptop off at? No, there is no commercial walk-in Mac repair shop. All our Apple Mac experienced engineers are based in London. There are friendly, patient guys who can go onsite to your home or office. If repairs are required, the Mac engineer will collect your Mac, repair it at his workshop and return it to you fixed, or you can collect at a convenient time.
Do you do evening and weekend callout? Yes. Apple Mac engineers are available for evening and weekend call out and repairs. Please contact us to confirm availability and charges for these call out times.
What are my payment options? Cash or cheque on completion of any onsite repair or other support services. Existing customers can request BACS payment option on approval of registered home/business address verification.
Are you Apple authorised? Yes, Macwisdom only uses professional IT engineers who have Apple authorised qualifications and extensive commercial experience.
